is hiring a

Full-Time Bakery/Deli Manager

for their Food Store in

Mayerthorpe, AB.

What you'll do:

The Bakery/Deli Manager will report to the Food Store Manager. They will be a positive role model at all times, providing legendary customer service in alignment with our Mission statement, Values and our "You're at Home Here" brand.



Duties include, but are not limited to the following:


Provide directions to team members and enforce employee productivity Foster an atmosphere of employee engagement Provide leadership in the roll-out and implementation of new and existing programs Work with the media Coordinator and Food Management Team to create food marketing plans By exemplifying our brand, be a liaison and public relations representative for the Bakery/Deli Work with Team Leaders and Supervisors to implement operational improvements Provide timely communications to team members and leaders as required Handle employee complaints and incidents in a timely manner Identify opportunities and deficiencies on the financials of the department Review financial statements with the Store Manager regularly Assist in the annual budget process Control costs that reduce environmental impacts Available to work some evenings and weekends as required
