Work Location: 6958 Palm Ave, Burnaby, BC V5J 4M3
Wage: Starting from wage of $25
Hours of Work: 35 - 40 hours per week;
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Duties
Baking various baked goods according to established recipes and supervising daily production workflow Ensuring all products meet established quality, consistency, and presentation standards Baking bread and croissants while guiding and supporting bakery staff during shifts Icing, decorating, and finishing cakes, and reviewing final products before service Supervising, training, and managing bakery staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Qualifications
Baking-related education preferred, or equivalent experience Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on baking experience Previous lead or supervisory experience in a bakery environment preferred Able to lift 45 pounds Flexible to work in early morning, weekends, and holidays
