Buns Master Bakery Langley is a family-owned and operated business that has been operating in the same Langley location for over 40 years. Every day we manufacture and deliver fresh baked goods across the lower mainland. If you enjoy a fast-paced working team environment this may be the job for you! Job Summary: To plan, organize, and prepare for the production of bakery products. Responsible for ensuring recipes are followed through standard operating procedures. Leading a team of production workers to ensure work-in-process meets quality standards before baking. Maintaining a clean and well-organized working area including regular maintenance on commercial food equipment. Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure products are manufactured to meet quality standards.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards.
- Maintain equipment in good working order
- Operate commercial machinery in production
- Follow set recipes
- Order and maintain inventory of raw materials
- Leading a team of production workers
- Dental care
- Extended health care
- French not required
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Langley, BC V3A5E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
