Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards
Serve food and drinks efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
Support team members in maintaining a smooth flow of operations during shifts
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales opportunities
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting and multitask effectively
