Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff and managing team schedules Lead food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed in accordance with health regulations Manage restaurant service, including serving guests and addressing customer needs promptly Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and improve overall performance Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed Enforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards Assist in menu planning and development to enhance customer experience

Experience

Supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting is highly preferred Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and hospitality best practices Leadership experience managing teams within the food industry or restaurant management roles Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving guests and managing service flow Prior experience in the food industry demonstrating responsibility for quality control and customer satisfaction

Pay: $17.20-$24.38 per hour
