Job Summary

We are seeking 2 dedicated and skilled Cook/Bakers to start our kitchen. The candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to a positive takeout experience. This role requires a passion for cooking and a strong commitment to food service excellence.

Duties

Prepare ingredients and cooking of various dishes according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage and sanitation practices. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Assist in menu planning and daily specials as needed. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and meal preparation methods. Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, along with a passion for serving delicious meals. Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
