As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality baking items, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare in house baking items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately. Handle cash transactions and manage cash register operations with precision. Assist in food preparation and handling as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.

Experience

Coffee Barista experience is an asset Baking experience is Mandatory Familiarity with food handling practices is an advantage. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
This is a part time role, This role will be around 6-8 hours a week, might be more hours. Baking experience is mandatory.
