We are looking for back of house bakers that are:
Available for a 4:30 am start time.
Quick-thinking, fast learners who are well-versed in quick-breads, cookies, pies, and coffee cakes.
Able to keep a clean workstation.
Able to manage their own time and stick to routine schedules.
Clear and professional communicators.
Seeking a dedicated and multi-talented cook or baker to join our team! You will be responsible for the morning bake-off and baking prep, mostly bread items and quick-breads, as well as getting your hands in on the savoury side prepping sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
Attention to detail and kitchen IQ necessary for this role as it is mostly self-managing. You must know proper food handling and have the ability to retain knowledge of food safety regulations.
You must be able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including, but not limited to, proper storage of ingredients and shelf organization. There will be an opportunity for possible collaborations with the recipe development team for seasonal menu items.
FT/PT. Weekend availability an asset and we always have room to grow within the team.

Pay: From $18.65 per hour
