Prepare breads and assorted baked goods from scratch
Assist with lunch prep/service
Facilitate customer transactions and manage cash operations
Offer description of menu items, including ingredients and preparation method
Organize and stock inventory
Procurement and management of supplies
Additional duties as assigned
Completion of Pastry Program and/or experience in the Food Service Industry an asset.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Maintain clean/tidy workspace
Must have criminal record check & child abuse registry
Monday - Friday
6am start (Approximately 40 hrs/week)
Cafe operates on school schedule( when there is no school we are closed( approximately 2 weeks off at christmas, have march break of, and off for the summer))
