THE POSITION
We're looking for a
baker
with a good basic knowledge of pastry-making to become head baker at our future French Bakery in Victoria, on Vancouver Island (British Columbia).YOUR MISSIONS
Daily production of artisan breads and viennoiseries Contribute to the pastry offer in collaboration with the assistant pastry chef Manage the laboratory independently
PROFILE REQUIRED
Training in bakery or pastry making (CAP or equivalent) Initial experience (ideally 1 year) Basic knowledge of bakery and pastry making Autonomy, initiative, desire to invest in a long-term project
