We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Baker. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our kitchen operations, contributing to the preparation and presentation of high-quality Baked products. Your expertise in baking and cake decorating will enhance our offerings, while your customer service skills will ensure an exceptional experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and precision to meet customer specifications. Prepare various food items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in cooking and baking processes, ensuring all items are prepared to perfection. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle food products safely and efficiently, following proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Skills

Proficient in cake production techniques with an eye for detail. Previous Bakery experience preferred, showcasing familiarity with kitchen dynamics. Strong food preparation skills, including cooking and baking expertise. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Experience working in a kitchen setting within the food industry is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
