As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency while adhering to food safety standards. Your role will be crucial in delivering delicious products that meet our customers' expectations.

Duties



Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredients and supplies needed for baking. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience



Previous experience in baking or food preparation within the restaurant or food industry is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
Compensation will be based on past experience.
