We are seeking an experienced baker to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our bakery operates smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality baked goods and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of various baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas.
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
