Job Description

Tuesdays, Thursdays-Saturdays 4am-12pm Wednesday off.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Prepare a wide variety of breads and pastries following traditional recipes.

-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.

-Great attention to detail and creativity.

-Organizing and leadership skills.

-Minimum 5 years experience in baking.
