COBS Bread Upper Oakville - is currently looking for people who are passionate about baking and want to pursue a career in baking. As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will:
Work with other Bakers and the Production Manager to ensure the bread quality and range is to COBS Bread standards and delivered on time to meet customer demands.
Maintain the safety of staff and customers by upholding the COBS Bread brand and standards.
Be assigned an initial designated area of responsibility (Bowl, Bench, or Ovens) and will cross-functionally train and learn all three areas.
Assist with stock rotation.
Provide delightful customer service.
Provide support to the whole bakery team, demonstrate team work and foster good working relationships.
Responsibilities
Candidates with previous experience in baking is required.
Candidates must have their own transportation
Overnight availability is required. At COBS Bread Upper Oakville, baking starts at 12 am. Baking may start early based on needs and holidays.
Candidates must be able to lift 25kg.
Valid Food Safety Course and/or First Aid Training Certificate is valued but not required
