We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team in a dynamic kitchen environment. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious baked goods that delight our customers. You will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of items, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Decorate cakes and other baked items with creativity and attention to detail. Package finished products for sale while maintaining quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet customer demands and special orders. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

Skills

Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking methods. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Creativity in cake decorating and presentation of baked goods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
