Duties

Ability to work under minimal supervision Prepare and bake a variety of goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Decorate baked items with precision and creativity. Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Package baked goods for sale while ensuring freshness and presentation. Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about products.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong skills in food preparation and baking techniques. Knowledge of food handling safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
