We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency while adhering to food safety standards. Your role will also involve engaging with customers and providing excellent service. Must be experienced with Cakes!

Duties

Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality in all baked items. Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, ensuring proper storage and handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area to comply with food safety regulations. Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring presentation meets company standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their selections and addressing any inquiries.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or as a baker is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends as needed. A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is a plus.

Pay: $22.19-$25.00 per hour
