Baker
LJW Catering is hiring a Baker in Fredericton, NB.
Responsibilities:
Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special
customer orders
Bake mixed dough and batters
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Schedule staff
Inspect kitchen and food service areas
Operate machinery
Organize and maintain inventory
Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
Fredericton, NB E3B 1N1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
serving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Smart Serve (preferred)
Work Location: In person
