Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a love for creating delicious homemade baked bread from our recipe and ingredients. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing homemade White Bread, Brown Bread and rolls. You will also be responsible for making sub buns and preparing subs. Ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Make homemade baked breads and sub buns daily. Ability to bake other baked goods would be an asset Ensure all food preparation meets safety and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area and adhere to food safety regulations Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, and great customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $15.65-$16.00 per hour
