Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and food preparation, with the ability to create a variety of baked goods that delight our customers. Duties

Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Decorate baked goods with artistic flair to enhance visual appeal. Package finished products for sale while ensuring proper food handling practices are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer demands. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking special orders, and addressing inquiries.

Qualifications

Previous experience in baking or food preparation within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including early mornings or weekends.
