Duties

Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Decorate cakes and other baked goods to meet customer specifications. Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations. Package finished products for sale while maintaining quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with team members to create new recipes and improve existing offerings. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Strong baking skills with an emphasis on cake decorating is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor for effective customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends as needed. Passion for baking and creativity in food preparation are highly valued.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
