North Element is a progressive manufacturing and packaging company that primarily manufactures and packages ice melt. We have moved into the fertilizer market, packaging dry and liquid fertilizer for the past 3 years. We produce custom plastic containers for our needs and customer needs for liquid and dry products. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Ability to fill and seal bags with salt or fertilizer. Ability to lift 17lb - 25lb filled, sealed bags from conveyor and stack neatly onto a pallet. Ability to fill, cap and package plastic jugs with salt or fertilizer. Ability to lift up to 9lb filled, capped jugs from conveyor, place in shippers and stack neatly onto a pallet. Ability to bend, lift and stand for long periods. Ability to function individually as well as in a team environment with limited supervision. Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attendance and punctuality are priority. Must have reliable transportation. Flexibility to work extra hours outside of the normal schedule when required.

Preferred Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience:

Lift truck experience is preferred but not required. Previous production related experience is preferred but training will be provided.

Blow Mold Operators must adhere to all safe work practices and participate actively in the company's Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) or cooperate with its representatives as required.
