About the Role:

We are looking for

machine operators

to join our team as

Bag Converting Operators

. You'll run machines that fold and glue paper bags. If you've worked on folder-gluers, printing presses, or other machines in packaging or manufacturing, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate automated bag converting machines Set up machines for different jobs and adjust settings as needed Monitor production quality and troubleshoot minor issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Complete basic production reports Work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals

Who Should Apply:

2-5 years experience working with machines in packaging, print, or general manufacturing Experience with folder-gluers, die cutters, or printing presses is an asset Mechanically inclined and willing to learn new equipment Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
