Job Description
Overview
Wave Sports is currently hiring Badminton coaches who enjoy teaching children how to play badminton.
Responsibilities
Educate badminton players on technique, strategy, and the rules of the sport to enhance their performance. Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all participants are engaged and learning effectively. Monitor the progress of athletes, providing various forms of feedback to help them improve their skills. Ensure that the classes run smoothly and safely. Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among participants, encouraging a supportive atmosphere. Maintain frequent communication with parents about progress and behavior.
Requirements
Proven experience in coaching badminton or a strong background as a competitive badminton player. Ability to educate children on proper techniques and strategies for improvement. Strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback. Certification in CPR/First Aid is a strong suit but not mandatory A passion for sports education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all participants. Must be able to commute to workplace by car. Minimum 5 years of experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week
