Job Summary
The successful candidate will join a vibrant academic and research environment, conducting interdisciplinary work that bridges conservation science, computational modeling, and art history. The fellow will focus on the development and implementation of AI-based methods to interpret spectral datasets (e.g., X-ray Fluorescence (XRF), Fibre Optic Reflectance Spectroscopy (FORS), multispectral and hyperspectral imaging) for the rapid and accurate characterization of materials used by artists, including identifying their aging and degradation.
