Noodlebox is opening in Willoughby (Langley) and we're looking for exceptional Back of House team members (cooks & prep cook cooks) for this incredible new location! No experience necessary! We also keep our kitchens open so all our guests can enjoy the flame and experience the energy and passion going into the food we're making.YOU ARE - Committed to professionalism and delivering the highest quality service - Reliable and motivated with a passion for food, hospitality and customer serviceReports ToKitchen Manager / General ManagerGeneral DutiesThe general duties of the Night & Mid Cooks include prep for the following day, supporting the line cooks, maintaining a clean work area, and additional support to the Kitchen Manager as needed.Primary Objectives- Prep all required food and sauce items- Stock rotation- Cleaning at end of shift- Maintain clear communication with all employees on shift- Prep for features as required- Line set up- Cooking on line as needed- Maintain expectations as per "Guest At Our Party" model in an effort to provide a Remarkable Experience for our guests- Support the Kitchen Manager and FOH as requiredSpecific Areas of Responsibility Prep- Review prep levels prior to starting- It is necessary to have a clean apron, hair covered, clean towels and a pen- Always rotate stock; First In First Out (FIFO)- Clearly label all necessary items with date and your initials- Load prep into line-ready containers- Clean and sanitize prep station after every jobCleaning- Clean as you go, don't leave a dirty station behind you- Change sanitizer solution- Sweep and mop floors when required- Have dirty dishes washed and put away- Take out garbage/recycling and replace bags if needed- Refer to HACCP GuideJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.65-$19.65 per hourBenefits:
