Position Description

As a Back of House Team Member your job is to ensure that all hot foods and prep work is completed for the sandwich area, including making eggs, while helping us to meet the food safety requirements.

The back of house team member is responsible for the cleanliness of their kitchen area, washing dishes, as well as making all hot foods for the sandwich station, and preparing backups of all sandwich unit ingredients, while maintaining the cleanliness of the Dining Area.

The candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, follow food safety guidelines for shelf life and temperatures, and maintain a clean work area.
