Duties
Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.
Support the kitchen team in food handling, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly labeled.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes.
Participate in regular cleaning schedules, including equipment and workstations.
Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
Skills
Experience in meal preparation within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred.
