The Winnipeg Winter Club is dedicated to providing exceptional childcare for our members and community. Our Babysitting Centre is a warm, welcoming space that supports children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. About Us:

The Winnipeg Winter Club is a private recreational facility located in the heart of Winnipeg. Our Babysitting Centre operates

7 days a week

and provides care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

We're looking for someone who:

Loves working with children and creating a joyful, supportive environment Understands the importance of patience, empathy, and structure Has the ability to develop and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage growth and learning

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Planning and facilitating engaging activities Feeding and meal assistance Diapering and toilet training support Imaginative play and creative expression Singing, dancing, and storytelling Light cleaning and organizing Decorating for seasons and events Assisting with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Experience working with young children including infants Background in caregiving or early childhood education Understanding of child development and teaching strategies Strong communication skills CPR and First Aid certification (mandatory) Completion of Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Checks (mandatory)
