Job Description

We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive childcare and support to our family of twins (14 months) and newborn (2 Months). We do have a friendly dog (Golden Doodle) as well. The ideal candidate will be experienced with children, compassionate, and capable of creating a safe, nurturing environment. This role involves engaging children in educational and recreational activities, preparing meals, cleaning and assisting with daily routines to promote their well-being and development and are looking for someone to work three times a week 10am-6pm.

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including teaching, playtime, and creative projects Maintain a clean and organized environment Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress, behavior, and any concerns Foster a positive, nurturing relationship with children to promote their emotional development
Requirements

Proven experience working with children in a caregiving or teaching capacity Ability to prepare meals and handle basic cooking tasks for household Compassionate attitude with experience caring for children Strong communication skills and patience when working with kids and families Ability to perform cleaning tasks including laundry, dishes, washing floors, cleaning play areas Reliable transportation Certification in caregiving or first aid is a plus but not mandatory Must be responsible, punctual, and able to adapt to different family routines
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
