Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, including those with disabilities, and possess strong caregiving skills. This role involves not only supervision but also engaging children in educational activities that promote their development.

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and homework help. Provide care for children with disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children. Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages children's growth and independence.

Experience

Strong caregiving skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding. Ability to educate through play and structured activities, enhancing children's learning experiences. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents. A reliable and responsible attitude towards childcare duties is essential.
