Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for educating and engaging them in fun and enriching activities. This role is perfect for university/college students or someone dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere while promoting the development of children.

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of child at all times. Plan and engage in educational and recreational activities that promote learning and development. Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Foster positive relationships with children to encourage trust and emotional growth.

Skills

Proven experience in caregiving or working with children of various ages. Strong ability to educate through play, creativity, and structured activities. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to adapt to the individual needs of each child, including those with disabilities. Strong organizational skills to manage daily schedules and activities effectively. A nurturing personality that promotes a positive environment for children's growth.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
