Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will have the oportunity to help our business meet production targets by producing high quality paper bags. There will be a training period .

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

-Produces products to meet work order specifications while meeting high standard of quality.

-Operates our machinery and equipment to the specifications of the manufacturer.

-Ensures daily production continuously meets requirements of IFOTIS (In full, On Time, In Spec).

-Cleans machines and immediate work area.

-Informs superwiser of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities .

-Checks products for defects to ensure conformance to company standards.

-Is comfortable operating machinery and standing/walking for long periods.

-Has a positive attitude, lead by example, and is respectful towards their team members .

-Pays attention to detail and has the ability to follow work instructions.

-Is experienced in manufacturing ,machine operating and quality systems.

-Has excellent communication skills.

-Understands the importance of health and safety at work and can follow instructions.

-Is flexible to work in day or evening shifts.

-A history of work in a paper bag company is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
