Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential leads through various channels including social media, industry events, and networking.
• Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our products/services.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential fit with our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate value propositions.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development is highly desirable.
• Strong technical sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce for lead management and tracking.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $16.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
