On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. Currently, they are looking for candidates based in British Columbia looking to join the program.This is a virtual training program designed to prepare participants for careers in B2B tech sales. They provide live training by industry experts and set up direct introductions to employers seeking sales talent NOW. 90% of candidates receive a job offer within 6 months of program completion, and many go on to companies like SoftChoice, D2L, TouchBistro, Vidyard, and similar.About You:

• Are you ready for a career change but don\xe2\x80\x99t know where to start?
• Looking to get into tech but don\xe2\x80\x99t have tech experience?
• Have great customer skills but looking for a better salary?
• Coming back to the workforce after childcare or other responsibilities?

• A 5-week program to set you up and land your next tech B2B sales opportunity!
• This includes one week of part-time preparation activities to get you actively prepared for your intensive training experience. This is all Virtual!
• 1 week of SalesCamp core experience which includes five days of intensive, online synchronous classes from 9:15 am to 5 pm. Sessions include lectures, learning laboratories, sales challenges, industry panels, and networking opportunities with business partners ready to hire.
• Finally, after the core experience, there are four weeks of part-time career skills training and job search coaching to help you prepare for your career transition.
