We are seeking a highly motivated individuals and results-oriented
B2B Sales Representative
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is committed to achieving -- and exceeding -- sales targets.
While applicants of all ages are welcome, this position is particularly well-suited to individuals in the 18-39 age range due to the fast-paced nature of the work, growth opportunities, and the dynamic environment of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications
Experience:
Sales experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
Previous experience in selling
point-of-sale (POS) systems
and
payment terminals
is a strong asset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (not mandatory, but highly encouraged)
Familiarity with CRM software is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
Earning Potential:
$65,000 - $125,000+ per year (Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Pay).
