Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Maintain strong account management practices to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior sales staff and contributing to team development.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or marketing sectors. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions based on insights. Experience in account management, demonstrating the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
