Our Canadian office is based in the heart of Richmond, BC, where we work closely with builders, developers, contractors, designers, retailers, and commercial clients. We focus on long-term partnerships, high-quality products, and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow in Canada, we are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and grow relationships with B2B clients, including builders, developers, contractors, retailers, designers, and commercial partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Present and recommend tailored appliance solutions based on client needs and project requirements
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction
Attend meetings, site visits, and occasional industry or networking events as required
Qualifications & Experience
B2B sales experience (experience in appliances is a strong plus; experience in construction, home improvement, or related industries is also considered an asset)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally
Experience with CRM systems is an asset
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Additional language skills in Punjabi or Hindi are considered a strong plus
