What You'll Be Selling
Commercial Snow & Ice Management (Winter)
Asphalt, Concrete & Paving Services (Summer)
Add-on offerings such as Pickleball Courts and Property Maintenance Packages
Territory Details
One dedicated representative for each region: Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland
Full ownership of your assigned territory
In-person relationship-building and local networking required
Headquarters support provided for estimating, quoting, and fulfillment
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Utilize negotiation and presentation skills to effectively pitch services.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance product visibility.
What We're Looking For
A proven closer with confidence in prospecting, presenting, and securing B2B deals
A relationship-builder with experience working with property managers and decision-makers
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, facilities, real estate, or related trades
Strong organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and great follow-up skills
Compensation & Perks
Base salary: $60,000-$70,000
Uncapped commission structure with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $120,000-$180,000
Company-provided phone and mileage reimbursement
