We work directly with manufacturers and act as their distribution partner across North America. We are currently expanding our reach and seeking driven, self-motivated B2B Sales Representatives to help bring these products to more businesses.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with potential clients, negotiating deals, and promoting our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a strong understanding of the market landscape. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through telemarketing, networking, and referrals.
Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Requirements
Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or related fields
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and excellent at communication and negotiation
Comfortable going to different location to reach out to new clients
Familiarity with products such as
life jackets, batteries, safety gear, or outdoor/industrial goods
is a strong asset
Able to work independently and manage own time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
