Neo Jewellery Supplies is a jewellery raw material, tool and supplies store with a reputation for providing top-quality service, competitive prices, and a long history of industry experience to our clients. We supply an extensive line of diamonds, mountings, tools, supplies and equipment to the jewellery trade in BC.

The B2B Sales Associate is responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring that customers are satisfied with regard to order taking, products, deliveries and overall service. This position offers long-term advancement for the right person.

What You'll Do

Speak directly with business owners and managers about our product offerings. Present the benefits of buying from us. Help clients with quotes and complete their first purchases. Track activity and client progress through reporting. Build long-term client relationships with regular follow-ups.
Who You Are

Confident, friendly, and comfortable talking to new people Knowledge and understanding of the jewellery trade demonstrated desire to deliver customer satisfaction Goal-oriented, coachable, and ready to work hard Reliable and professional, with a team-first attitude Sales, retail, or customer service experience is an asset--but not required

Position Details

Part time: during Monday to Friday 9 to 5 pm

In-person only - this is in person sales/marketing position, not remote

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
