Job Description

Summary: Reporting to the CSD Operations Manager, the B2B Sales Coordinator will create sales order quotations and will monitor orders placed through fulfilment, delivery, and invoicing. Responsible for proving customer service which encourages repeat and future purchases. The B2B Sales Coordinator promotes strong relationships with internal teams to coordinate the end-to-end process. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to facilitate end-to-end quoting, discounting and/or supply chain organizational processes
• Communicate with B2B customers to learn their needs, provide sales quotations and/or facilitate order placement
• Maintain the order management system and ensure customer follow-ups including sending tracking information or post-purchase invoicing
• Carry out administration duties and manage spreadsheets to ensure effective tracking and YOY performance measurement
• Assist with other departmental-level responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in outside sales with a proven track record of success
• Must be passionate and knowledgeable about the outdoors and the relevant industries
• Promotional and incentive product sales preferred
• Must be a self-starter who demonstrates initiative and assumes responsibility
• Must demonstrate the ability and willingness to understand, leverage and maintain a professional and productive relationship with different customers
• Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) is considered an assist
