B2B Sales Associate - Calgary Location (New Business Focus)

Job Overview:


We are looking for a motivated

B2B Sales Associate

to join our Calgary team. This role focuses on

developing new business

. You will identify potential clients, present our products, and secure orders. This position offers

uncapped commission

, providing unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Prospect for potential new clients in industries such as construction, oil and gas, and manufacturing. Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities. Present and demonstrate the value of our wire mesh and steel products to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications in different industries. Meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of client contacts, inquiries, and order status using CRM or other tracking tools. Develop weekly and monthly sales plans to ensure timely follow-up and target achievement. Summarize, analyze, and report on sales activities and customer interactions to support management decisions.

Qualifications:



Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. Familiarity with B2B sales and relevant industries is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and grow in the role. Proficient in using computers and online tools, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM systems, to support sales activities. Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively. Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills to manage multiple clients and inquiries efficiently. Capable of summarizing, analyzing, and reporting sales activities and customer interactions.
