An international leader in industrial products is seeking a B2B Customer Service Representative to join their team at the Saint-Laurent branch. In this role, you'll support manufacturing and industrial clients by providing product information, processing orders, and helping drive sales through strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and effectively communicating product features and benefits
- Understand and respect customer needs and expectations
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits to optimize sales opportunities with each customer
- Expand our prospect database and ensure timely follow-up on leads
- Handle inbound calls, converting prospects into sales and addressing customer inquiries
- Address and resolve prospective customer objections
- Enter and update customer information within our corporate database
- Investigate and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales and customer support, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Knowledge or familiar with mechanical products.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- SAP (asset)
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Resourceful personality with the ability to find alternative solutions to product delays or sourcing issues
