An opportunity has arisen for an experienced B2B Contact Center Manager to join our fun, vibrant and at times crazy family! We are looking for someone to join us and lead a group of specialist agents while also working to innovate our clients experiences and achieve our client goals.Your main duties on a daily basis would be:

  • Coach and Mentor Lead Generation agents
  • Use your leadership skills to drive continual improvement within the team
  • Manage end to end execution of campaigns
  • Drive team to deliver measureable KPIs and targets, strategising to exceed goals
  • Analyse campaign performance, producing reporting that delivers insights, observations and recommendations of value
  • Work closely with the client facing Account Services team in the campaign executions
It is essential that you have the following:
  • 5+ years B2B experience in Telecommunications or IT industry
  • Leadership experience
  • Completed certificate in Leadership/Management will be advantageous
  • Demonstrated organizational and people management skills
  • Strength in data analysis and managing KPIs
  • Proactive, positive and passionate with good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and set the tone for an engaged team environment
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
  • Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
  • Intermediate level IT & Microsoft Office skills
