Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Azure DevOps Engineer

with 9+ years of IT experience, including expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud-native solutions on

Microsoft Azure

. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to design, implement, and optimize DevOps solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, and security in enterprise-grade environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage

CI/CD pipelines

using

Azure DevOps

(Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts). Automate infrastructure provisioning using

Terraform/ARM templates/Bicep

. Implement and manage

Kubernetes (AKS)

clusters for containerized applications. Set up

monitoring, alerting, and logging

using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. Manage

source control

and branching strategies (Git, GitFlow, trunk-based development). Implement

security best practices

in pipelines (secret management, policy enforcement, role-based access). Optimize application deployments using

Helm charts, Docker images, and container registries (ACR)

. Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects to streamline build and release processes. Ensure

high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery

of cloud-hosted applications. Conduct

performance tuning and cost optimization

of Azure resources. Drive adoption of

DevOps culture, automation-first mindset, and cloud-native best practices

.

Required Skills & Experience:

9+ years

of IT experience with at least

5+ years in Azure DevOps/Cloud DevOps

roles. Strong experience in

Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts, Test Plans)

. Hands-on with

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, ARM, or Bicep

. Deep knowledge of

containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, AKS

. Experience in

CI/CD pipeline setup for microservices, APIs, and cloud-native apps

. Familiarity with

YAML pipelines

and automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python). Proficiency in

Azure services

such as App Services, Storage, Networking, Key Vault, API Gateway, and Azure Functions. Strong knowledge of

Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices

. Experience with

monitoring/logging tools

(Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Azure Monitor). Exposure to

security, compliance, and governance frameworks

in banking/finance domain (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
