Job Description

The Systems Specialist is a collaborative member of the Cloud and Data Center team. This position will deliver products and solutions, support and maintain lifecycle on services and solutions that are in place, as well as to satisfy business and operational requirements through the efficient use of internally established and industry best practices.

The successful candidate will need to pass rigorous security clearances. All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Your Focus:

\xc2\xb7 Deliver on KTLO, Security Access Requests (SARs), Incident and Service Requests \xe2\x80\x8b

\xc2\xb7 Fault, Event and Performance Monitoring\xe2\x80\x8b

\xc2\xb7 Execute on Repeatable Builds\xe2\x80\x8b

\xc2\xb7 Manage and Execute on Risks and Vulnerabilities\xe2\x80\x8b

\xc2\xb7 Process Improvement\xe2\x80\x8b of infrastructure support processes for all Tiered support levels

\xc2\xb7 Process Automation\xe2\x80\x8b

\xc2\xb7 Deliver on the implementation of infrastructure products and solutions

\xc2\xb7 Engage in the certification and introduction of new products and solutions for our services and customers (executing testing and acceptance)

\xc2\xb7 Conduct research based on requirements and develop recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze capacity and performance on the infrastructure and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing infrastructure demands

\xc2\xb7 Participate in an on-call rotation to serve and support our customers

You Have:

\xc2\xb7 A university Degree, College Diploma

\xc2\xb7 3-8 Years of Experience in IT Environments (Systems)

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge/Experience in Systems; Active Directory (AD), AD Federated Services (ADFS), Server OS (Windows), Virtualization (VMware)

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge or Experience in Azure Cloud Platforms (ASR, SSO, file sync, user flows)

\xc2\xb7 Attention to Detail (Planning and Prioritization)

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills
