Job Description

We are seeking experienced AZ Highway Drivers with over 2 years of experience to join our team. As a family-owned and operated business since 2018, we prioritize a family-friendly atmosphere and supportive dispatch. Our routes span across the mid-west, south-east, and south-west regions of the US, with occasional trips to the north-west, west coast, Ontario, and Quebec in Canada.

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience, coupled with a positive personality that aligns with our familial culture. Newly hired drivers will operate a 2021 Volvo in excellent condition, as all our equipment is meticulously maintained for safety and reliability.

Key requirements include a clean driver abstract and CVOR, as well as the ability to handle own pick-ups and drop-offs. Our compensation package is competitive, offering:

- $0.55 per mile to destinations in the mid-west and southern US

- $0.60 per mile to destinations in the eastern US

- Paid waiting time after 2 hours

- Paid layovers

- Paid disability and travel insurance

- Abundant miles for dedicated drivers
