Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle different types of trucks and trailers, including manual transmission, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and more.

Duties

Operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and flatbeds. Perform route driving to deliver freight in a timely manner while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other necessary documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport..

Skills

Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles. Strong commercial driving experience with a clean driving record. Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities and route planning. Ability to operate various types of trucks including dump trucks and roll-off trucks. Competence in loading and unloading freight safely. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
